The Mulberry Group is a Melbourne-based hospitality group operating a collection of distinctive restaurants, bars and dining venues, with a commitment to exceptional hospitality, quality food and beverage, and memorable guest experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our Melbourne hospitality venues.

### Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily venue operations to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise front-of-house employees.
• Manage labour budgets, rostering, inventory and operational costs.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety, and liquor licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen and beverage teams to deliver a cohesive dining experience.

### Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in hospitality management, preferably within premium dining restaurants or bars.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational performance.
• Sound knowledge of food, wine and beverage service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of relevant hospitality regulations and workplace safety requirements.
