Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and motivated Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operations of our Red Rooster restaurant. The successful candidate will lead the team, maintain high customer service standards and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and oversee all activities.
• Supervise, train and motivate team members.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage staff attendance.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels, food costs and inventory.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage ordering, deliveries and stock control.
• Monitor sales, expenses and restaurant performance.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Create a positive and productive working environment.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in restaurant or fast-food management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
