Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude

Explain game rules and help customers get started

Operate, monitor, and restock arcade machines, claw machines, and drink fridges

Handle transactions, reservations, and customer enquiries

Troubleshoot and report basic machine or maintenance issues

Maintain cleanliness across arcade floors, counters, machines, and restrooms

Support events, parties, and group bookings when scheduled

Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
