Disability Support Worker

Heart to Heart Disability Support is looking for a reliable, compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and providing high-quality, person-centerd care.

Key Requirements:
- Available to work full-time
- Previous experience in disability support is highly preferred
- Completion of mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid driver's licence and access to reliable vehicle
- Good communication, reliability and a positive attitude
