Arthur’s Milkbar is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part time basis.

Located in the heart of Kew, Arthur’s Milkbar is a busy Melbourne café known for quality food, great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone who understands the Melbourne café scene, thrives in a fast paced breakfast and lunch service and takes pride in delivering consistently great food.

About the Role

• Part time position with regular shifts
• Monday to Friday service: 7:00am – 2:30pm
• Weekend service: 8:00am – 3:00pm
• Breakfast and lunch focused menu
• Work alongside a passionate and supportive kitchen team
• No evening or late night services

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong experience in busy Melbourne cafés and breakfast service
• Confidence working across breakfast and lunch sections
• Ability to manage a section independently during busy services
• Excellent food preparation, presentation and consistency
• Strong organisational skills, cleanliness and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Availability across weekdays and weekends
