EasyJobs for ChatGPT
EasyJobs Hiring Assistant lets ChatGPT read and manage your EasyJobs hiring data on your behalf — draft and publish jobs, and review applications — in plain English, with your explicit approval before anything changes. You need an existing EasyJobs employer account to use it.
1. Find and open the GPT
- Open EasyJobs Hiring Assistant directly, or in ChatGPT search for EasyJobs Hiring Assistant and select it from the results.
- Click Start chat.
2. Sign in
- The first time you ask it to do something with your account (for example, “list my jobs”), ChatGPT opens a sign-in window for EasyJobs.
- Log in with your EasyJobs employer account, then approve access on the consent screen.
- You're connected — no further sign-in needed after that.
Authentication uses OAuth — ChatGPT never sees your EasyJobs password, and you can revoke access from ChatGPT's settings, or by contacting us to revoke it from our side.
3. What it can do
- View your business profile(s) and create new ones
- Create, update, and validate job drafts
- Publish a job live, or close a job that's filled
- List your jobs
- List and review applications for a job, including applicant details and a resume download link
Before it creates a business, or creates, publishes, or closes a job, EasyJobs Hiring Assistant shows you a plain-English summary and waits for you to confirm. Read-only actions — like listing your jobs or viewing an application — happen straight away.

5. Data access and privacy
EasyJobs Hiring Assistant only accesses data for the EasyJobs account you sign in with — businesses, jobs, and applications you own or have access to. It cannot access other employers' accounts.
